Ace Hardware Corporation (“Ace Hardware” or “we” or “us”) recognizes that you care how information about you is collected and used. This Privacy Policy describes our information collection, use and sharing practices only for new business development offline and for the web sites, myace.com and acehardwareintl.com (“Web site” or “Web Sites”). The practices described in this Privacy Policy do not necessarily reflect our practices with respect to information gathered through other Web sites that we operate or offline for other purposes.

The types of personal information that may be collected includes, but is not limited to: name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, marital status, date of birth, nationality, business experience, background and financial information. This information may be used to provide you with more information about operating an Ace Hardware retail store, to conduct an evaluation of your qualifications to operate an Ace Hardware retail store, and for administrative and analytical purposes.

Like many web sites, we use technologies to collect and store certain  anonymous information automatically whenever you interact with this Web site.
